2^nd offense misdemeanor DUI- REDUCED TO non-alcohol related charge and license suspension set aside/dismissed;

Felony possession of methamphetamine and pipe with prison prior- CHARGES DISMISSED upon completion of drug education program;

Attempted Murder with gang allegations carrying a life sentence-REDUCED to assault with a deadly weapon with credit for time served in jail;

Kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a felon- CHARGES DISMISSED at preliminary hearing;

Possession of Marijuana for Sales and Transportation- REDUCED to simple possession and community service;

Commercial Burglary- REDUCED to petty theft as an infraction with a $50 fine;

Embezzlement- CHARGES DISMISSED and employee allowed to return to work;

Rape- CHARGES NOT FILED based on defense investigation proving that sexual contact was consensual;

Domestic Violence- NOT GUILTY by Jury and prosecutor's lowest offer had been for client to spend 1 year in county jail;

Possession of 7 oz. of marijuana for sale- CHARGES DISMISSED upon proof that client had a medical marijuana recommendation from a doctor;

Grand Theft of over $3000 worth of merchandise from retail store- REDUCED TO MISDEMEANOR with no jail and counseling;

Felony Graffiti allegedly causing over $15,000 worth of damage REDUCED TO MISDEMEANOR with no jail;

Felony Possession for Sales and Transportation of controlled substance- NO JAIL

Juvenile Felony Sexual Assault- CUSTODY TIME AVOIDED upon completion of counseling;

Juvenile Rape- CHARGES DISMISSED at Adjudication hearing (trial)

Juvenile Possession of Controlled Substance- CHARGES DISMISSED upon completion of drug education class;
